Teaching AAVE via Technology 

The overall purpose of this example course is to rework the discourse around the usage of AAVE using the invariant be grammatical feature. Exposure to popular African American literature and social media examples that utilize this feature will help destigmatize AAVE varieties as well as expose English Second language learners to these variations as they are prominently used within the African American communicative groups.
